Al Rostamani International Exchange (ARIE) was established in 1979 as a currency exchange and remittances provider across the UAE.
The company was established initially as Thomas Cook Al Rostamani Exchange Company, which was a joint venture with Thomas Cook. At the end of this venture in 2007, it was renamed as Al Rostamani International Exchange.
Our aim was to address the remittance needs of the expatriate population in the UAE during a time when the banking industry lacked the necessary technology and services. The company’s inaugural branch was located in Dubai’s Deira area and today has 31 branches across the UAE.
Over the years, ARIE, a member of Al Rostamani Group, has achieved significant growth and solidified its position as a leading currency exchange provider in Dubai and the UAE.
We offer a broad range of services including currency exchange, remittances, bill payments, and Wage Protection System (WPS) payroll solutions. Catering to both individual and corporate clients, we provide tailored financial solutions. Our partnerships with top global remittance networks bolster our offerings. We emphasize innovative digital solutions for efficient and secure transactions, underlining our commitment to meet diverse customer needs in the financial sector.
Throughout its history, ARIE has accomplished various milestones. In 1999, we became the first exchange house in the UAE to receive ISO certification covering all operations. Over the years we have won many awards with the most recent being the ‘Best Service Performance Brand 2023’ under the prestigious Dubai Excellence Service Award.
We consistently seek new business ventures and partnerships to diversify our services and meet customer requirements. We have established relationships with reputable service providers including MoneyGram and Ria Money Transfer.
We also offer a wide array of Value Added Services for businesses. These include PAYREMIT for online payments in the Philippines, Phil Health insurance premium processing, PAG-IBIG and SSS loan payments, National Bonds investment opportunities, and airline ticket payments for FlyDubai and Air Arabia. We also facilitate credit card payments, provide PAN card services for Indian expatriates, offer DING for international mobile recharges, and e-Wallet services with ‘Cash Out’ options.
